What is left of 100,000 euros of profit in Germany and in Bulgaria?

On full distribution to an individual, the total burden is 48.57 per cent in Germany and 14.5 per cent in Bulgaria. That leaves 51,434 euros against 85,500 euros. The German figure is made up of 30.14 per cent at company level, namely corporate tax with solidarity surcharge and trade tax at the national average multiplier of 409 per cent, plus withholding tax on the distribution. The multiplier is set by the municipality and ranges from 200 to over 900 per cent. The Bulgarian figure assumes the shareholder is resident there and the company is managed from there. The full calculation is in the guide.
