For advisers and intermediaries
Working together
When a client of yours starts thinking about Bulgaria, you face the same question they do: who actually does this on the ground? That is where we come in.
In one paragraph
We work with advisers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland whose clients are considering a property on Bulgaria's southern coast, a change of residence or forming a company. The division is simple: you keep the relationship with your client, we handle everything that has to happen on the ground. Finding the property, viewings, checks, the notary appointment, dealings with authorities, opening an account and incorporation through our network of tax advisers, lawyers and notaries. We provide neither tax nor legal advice and therefore do not step into your field. Terms are agreed case by case, before anything starts.
- Who we work with
- With estate agents who receive an enquiry with a Bulgarian element and have no structure on the ground. With tax advisers and lawyers whose clients are examining a change of residence and need someone in the country. With wealth and business consultants for whom the question arises as part of a larger consideration. And with relocation advisers who cover the German side and want to hand over the Bulgarian one.
- How the cooperation works
- You make the introduction and stay involved as closely or as loosely as you wish. We take on the Bulgarian part and report to you, not around you. Your client stays your client: we do not poach them, and we do not approach them with our own offers once the matter is closed. Anyone who works with us should be able to do so a second time.
- What we bring
- First-hand local knowledge of the coast between Sveti Vlas and the Turkish border, access to properties away from the portals, the routes through the authorities, and an established network of tax advisers, lawyers, notaries and sworn translators. Advice and accompaniment in German, Russian, English and Bulgarian. One fixed contact, not a distribution list.
- What we do not do
- We provide neither tax nor legal advice. That is not a politeness but the boundary that makes this cooperation possible in the first place: we do not step into your field, but into what follows it. If your client has a tax question, you answer it, or a colleague in Bulgaria does; we make the introduction and organise the rest.
- What we expect
- That nobody promises the client something that cannot be delivered. Low Bulgarian taxation presupposes an actual move of the centre of life; anyone presenting it otherwise creates a problem that later lands with you and with us. We tell our clients openly when Bulgaria is not the right choice, and we expect the same openness in return.
- How it starts
- With a conversation in which we establish whether it fits. Bring a concrete case, or simply the question of how something like this would run. Terms are discussed in that conversation, not afterwards. If it does not fit, we say so in the same conversation.
Note
This page describes a cooperation between businesses and is not an offer in the legal sense. We provide neither tax nor legal advice. Terms and scope are agreed case by case.
