I do not speak Bulgarian — how does the notary appointment work?
Smoothly: if a party does not understand the language, the notary brings in a sworn translator who renders the deed in full — only then is it signed. Svetlana arranges translators for German, Russian and English from her network and attends the appointment herself so no question is left open.
