How good is the infrastructure — airport, motorway, proximity to Turkey?

Burgas international airport (with a fully renewed runway in 2025/26) sits at the centre of the area — each location page shows the driving time to it and to the A1 Trakia motorway linking Burgas with Sofia. The Turkish border at Malko Tarnovo is a good hour away, Istanbul four to five. The port and the weekly Georgia ferry round off the connections.
