Can I buy without travelling to Bulgaria myself?
Yes — the notarial purchase can be handled via a notarised power of attorney issued abroad with an apostille. Svetlana coordinates the notary, translator and lawyer on site, runs viewings by video and takes over the handover after completion. The formal steps are in the buying-process guide.
