Who runs the Dyuni beach?

For the Dyuni beach — 32,414 m² — the Council of Ministers opened the concession procedure with Decision No. 309 of 7 May 2020; management lies with the concessionaire. Apartment buyers therefore acquire the apartment, not the beach.

Dyuni

Dyuni is a self-contained holiday resort in the Sozopol municipality, a few kilometres south of Sozopol's old town on its own bay. Unlike the organically grown coastal towns, Dyuni is a single-operator resort: Duni AD runs the complex with its five hotel and apartment developments, and the beach in front — 32,414 m² of sea beach according to the Tourism Ministry's concession procedure — is managed as a whole. There is no registered residential population; the GRAO register does not list Dyuni as a separate settlement.
