The Water Act provides for penalties. We do not quote a figure here: the amounts in circulation contradict each other, and without a solid source any number would be guesswork. In practice the catch-up registration with form РГ2 matters more, and there is time for that until November 2039. For a new well the safe route stays the same: notify first, drill second.
