What applies before building in Kableshkovo?

Pomorie Municipality has published a notification of an investment proposal under Article 4(1) of the Bulgarian ordinance on environmental impact assessment (NUROVOS). The proposal covers a 130 m² residential building on plot UPI IV, block 21, under the development plan of Kableshkovo. The developer is a private individual. For buyers this means: even a single house of 130 m² requires an environmental notification that the municipality makes public. This takes time before construction can start. Note that anyone planning to buy land in Kableshkovo should first check whether the plot is a regulated UPI plot in the development plan, as it is here, and which projects have already been filed nearby.
