What do the Nessebar water pipe works mean?

The municipality of Nessebar reports that the replacement of the water supply network on Ivan Vazov Street, near the Marina Palace hotel, continues from 15 October. The client is the company Vodosnabdyavane i Kanalizatsia EAD (water supply and sewerage). Road users are asked to drive with extra caution, follow the temporary traffic arrangement and use alternative routes where possible. For owners and guests nearby this means changed traffic arrangements and temporary restrictions. For buyers this means that the replacement shows ongoing investment in Nessebar's water supply. Note that before a purchase in the area, the condition of the water and sewer connections at the specific property should be checked. The announcement gives no end date for the works.
