What does the Lozenets road work mean for buyers?

In Lozenets, rebuilding of the road to the Oasis area has begun, together with a cycle and footpath. The road stays open, with traffic reduced to one lane. The road to Lozenets central beach follows next. On a site visit on 16.10.2026 the mayor of Tsarevo named sub-measure 7.2 as the funding; in the next programme period over 1.5 million € will go to the town of Ahtopol. The municipality gives neither total cost nor construction time. For buyers this means that access and the footpath to the beach improve once the works are finished, and no date is set. Note that until then traffic runs in one lane, so waiting times are possible on arrival this autumn. For Ahtopol the sum has only been announced, with no project named.
