What changes in block 257 in Pomorie?

On 28 October 2026 the Municipality of Pomorie announced that a draft amendment to the detailed development plan (regulation and building plan) is being prepared for UPI I 5239 in block 257 of the town of Pomorie. It covers the plot with cadastral identifier 57491.501.710 and parts of the streets with identifiers 57491.501.455 and 57491.501.476. The responsible body is the municipal department for spatial planning and environmental protection (UTOOS). For buyers this means that, because the draft includes parts of two streets, regulation lines and access routes around the plot may shift. Note that anyone buying or already owning property in block 257 should review the draft at the UTOOS department before signing a contract and check whether their own plot or its access is affected.
