Which stretch of the coast is Svetlana the expert for?

Svetlana's focus is the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast in Burgas Province — the coastal strip from Sveti Vlas and Nessebar via Pomorie and Burgas down to Sozopol, Primorsko, Tsarevo and Rezovo at the Turkish border. This concentration on one region is deliberate: someone who truly knows an area can reliably judge locations, prices, build quality and lettability, rather than covering the whole country superficially. Places like Golden Sands lie north of Varna and thus outside this area — Svetlana deliberately does not broker there. The nearest airport is Burgas (BOJ); the distance to it is stated in every location profile.
