What does parking in the Blue and Green zone cost?

In Burgas an hour in either zone costs 1 euro including VAT, plus the price of the text message under your provider's tariff. One message covers exactly one hour. The Blue zone applies on working days from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; outside the zone's hours you put a plus sign in front of the registration number. The system confirms the booking by text and reminds you before the time runs out. For a weekend in town this comes to a few euros, so cost is not the issue. The one thing that matters is that the number has to be Bulgarian. The other coastal municipalities run their own zones with their own short codes; the rule behind them is the same.
