Yes, and the division is simple: you keep the relationship with your client, we handle everything that has to happen on the ground. That applies to estate agents with an enquiry for which they have no structure in Bulgaria, to tax advisers and lawyers whose clients are examining a change of residence, and to wealth and business consultants. We provide neither tax nor legal advice and therefore do not step into your field. Your client stays your client: we do not poach them and do not approach them with our own offers once the matter is closed. Terms are agreed case by case, before anything starts.
