Old notary deeds often predate today's cadastral map; the Cadastre Act (ZKIR) refers to such discrepancies as "incompleteness or errors". You can check via the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (AGKK) and its online portal KAIS: obtain the current cadastral sketch and compare it with the deed.
