Aleksandrovska Street in Burgas: how long?
The municipality of Burgas is starting the first phase of the renovation of upper Aleksandrovska Street between Vasil Levski and Probuda streets. The sewer and water mains will be replaced, and the street will be redesigned as a pedestrian zone with tactile paving, resting areas and new lighting. The first phase is due to finish by spring 2027, and the second begins after Burgas hosts the Eurovision Song Contest. No trees are to be removed. For buyers in the city centre this means new utility lines and a pedestrian zone that should improve the street's standing over the long term. Note that construction noise and restricted access are expected until spring 2027, and because the second phase only follows after Eurovision, the works take longer. Anyone viewing an apartment here should check on site how to reach the building during the works. Source: Burgas Municipality.
