Plot split in Kableshkovo: where is the decision?

The Director of the environmental authority RIOSV Burgas has issued Decision No. BS-120-EO/2026. It screens whether an environmental assessment is required for the amendment of the development plan for plot 35033.10.86 in Kableshkovo, locality “Simeonova mogila”. The purpose of the plan amendment is to split the plot; the client is Kostal Asset Management EOOD. The municipality of Pomorie announces the decision but does not state the outcome.
