Kableshkovo access plan: what does it cover?

By Decision No. 976 of 15 October 2026, the Pomorie municipal council approved the preparation of a parcel plan for road access from road III-6009 at roughly km 24+500. It is meant to connect plot 35033.8.12 in Kableshkovo to the “Kableshkovo” electrical substation. The plan affects plot 35033.8.468, a municipally owned farm track of 19,217 sq m. For buyers this means: the plan only settles access to the substation and does not create building land. Note that so far only the preparation of the plan has been approved. Anyone assessing a plot near Kableshkovo should check in the cadastre whether parcel 35033.8.12 or the track 35033.8.468 borders their land. Source: Pomorie municipality.
